Life can sometimes seem plain crazy and hard to cope with: an ever-faster world, uncertain times, an overload of information, and an excess of, well, everything. We can feel constantly on the go and worrying about where we’re headed, whilst the living world around us melts away, literally, unnoticed. Going through the motions day in day out, we can feel more like a human ‘doing’ than a human being.
However, there is an antidote, a dormant part of ourselves that’s just waiting to be woken up: I call it our wild soul.
I’m about to start sharing 7 steps to rediscover your wild soul, practical steps that really work. These ‘new’ old indigenous ways allow us to rediscover ourselves, get our mojo back, and remake connections to each other, wildness and wild things.
Reconnecting with nature is known to be key for our health and well-being, but I consider it also key for our soul and spirit. When we discover that we are part of a whole non-human world around us that is alive and humming we feel alive, and we thrive; and want our living world to thrive too.
Nature wants you back. Rediscover your wild soul.
